Comfortable room with outstanding service. air conditioning issues disrupted our stay.

I had a good stay with a comfortable queen room and excellent breakfast. The vibrant Farmhouse restaurant created a cozy dining vibe, but the bathroom was really tiny.

We loved the friendly staff and enjoyed the comfortable beds during our stay. The location was fantastic, with easy access to downtown Evanston's shops and restaurants. My cousin and I particularly appreciated how close we were to Northwestern University.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve by offering better breakfast options. My kids wished there had been more variety for families to enjoy in the morning.

Overall, while the hotel has fantastic potential with its location and staff, it needs attention to cleanliness and possibly renovations to enhance the guest experience.

The fitness center was awesome, and I loved the spacious room with a big king-sized bed. Plus, the nearby shops were a nice touch for an evening stroll!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was super comfy, with great beds and cozy vibes. The shower pressure was awesome, which was a nice surprise. The staff was really friendly too. they helped us store my daughter's medication in the fridge. Just a little street noise could be heard at times, but it wasn’t a big deal.
